Colleen Keyworth is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Online-Access, an HVAC web marketing company located in Michigan. Growing up and working in her family’s HVAC and plumbing business, she has a clear understanding of contracting as well as the realities that contractors face in owning and operating a profitable business. Colleen has been recognized in the ACHR News 2019 ‘Top 40 under 40’ in the HVACR Industry and was also awarded Service Nation's "Woman of the Year '' award in 2020. She was a former President of Women in HVACR. Colleen also serves on the board of the Southeast Michigan Air Conditioning Contractors Association and is the current President of International Network for Women in Cooling (INWIC).

By refocusing ACCA programs on the needs of member contractors, he reversed a longtime decline in membership, growing it by 25 percent.
 
He has two decades of experience developing advocacy and member engagement programs for prominent associations like Alzheimer’s Association and Land Trust Alliance.
