Tacking on another year to his schooling, Justin went on to earn a Masters in Education. Upon graduating, and looking to make a difference, he worked for two years as an environmental science teacher and a year as a campaign manager for a state politician. Throughout his life, Justin has advocated for a cleaner and greener future and so joined our industry to focus his career on implementing real-world solutions for change. Christopher Haringa

Director of Decarbonization Programs, Abode Energy Management

With a strong background in building science, air-to-air heat pumps, and program implementation, and has worked in a variety of energy efficiency programs both in the US and abroad. Christopher brings deep technical knowledge and first-hand insights of heat pump adoption program successes and challenges. Christopher strives to implement impactful programs that move the heat pump industry forward by focusing on what matters for the utilities, contractors, and customers.
