Recruiting During the Great Resignation
9:00 am - 10:30 am
Presented by: Pete Danielson | Vice President of Market Development | Service Nation, Inc.
Most contractors do a great job of marketing for customers, but do they put the same creative energy into marketing to hire? As you know, the labor market is strained as has been for a while. While unemployment in the trades is zero, current times are requiring contractors to adapt to ever-changing demands. Pete Danielson will demonstrate tactics and creative marketing you can use to attract and retain talent to lessen the strain of a tight labor market on your company.

!measureQuick App | A Connected System of Tools, Services and Technology to Grow Your Business: Learn How measureQuick Provides Success with a Holistic Approach - One Install or Service Call at a Time
11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Presented by: Joe Medosch | Lead Trainer and Partner Development | measureQuick Roundtable
The house and H/AC system must have a solid foundation. For the H/AC system this means the initial installation must be at optimum performance from day one to provide the most energy efficient comfort for the homeowner. Optimizing system performance and eliminating installation faults is just one of many features that measureQuick provides.
This session will outline the technical and business performance benefits of the measureQuick system. Analyzing combustion efficiency, static pressure, and diagnosing dozens of faults are just a few of the long list of features. Many successful companies are now using measureQuick to remotely share live field diagnostics and having a senior technician confirm the solutions, which reduces call backs. We will reveal the newly created consumer “mQ Vitals” report.
The DOE has found that poor H/AC installations result in at least one fault in 70–90% of homes, then add duct leakage, this increases to 90–100%. Studies have demonstrated that two common faults, inadequate refrigerant charge and insufficient evaporator airflow, were present in 50–72% at varying stages in their lifecycle.
Join us to see how measureQuick can allow you to be a better technician and increase the profits for your company.
More information on all these great features will be shared during this session featuring a new innovation in the HVAC/R industry!
