During this seminar Matt Michel from Service Roundtable defined true pay for performance and the two primary ways it is implemented -- percentage of selling price or Payroll Units (PRUs). He also outlined the details for both types of systems, including:
Setting base hourly wages;
How to pay helpers on installations;
Legalities of overtimes when it occurs
Examples were used from companies that have successfully implemented pay for performance which can provide benefits for the company and the employee.
