Allocating Overhead and the Power of Pricing Seminar

Chapter Update and Membership Planning Session

Vicki La Plant, The Service Roundtable

Intuitively contractors know that service causes considerably more overhead costs in a company than installations do. This session provides a simple way of allocating overhead between service and installation based on labor. Most importantly, during the session the power of using overhead allocation to be creative in margin production during the shoulder seasons is emphasized.
During the Chapter Update and Membership Planning Session, attendees will have a chance to learn what ACA/NNE has accomplished during the pandemic.

We will also discuss future goals and objectives relating to heat pump installations, legislative and regulatory issues, education programs, and vocational school engagement.
