Residential Furnace Heat Exchanger Inspection Training

Thursday, September 25th*

Boxboro Regency, Boxborough, MA
7:30 am - 4:00 pm **

*This class is for ACA/NE members only. If space remains available 10 days prior to the event, we will take non-members from the waitlist.
** Class will adjourn only after all questions are answered, usually between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
About the Class
The objective of this seminar is to teach the most effective way to locate, identify, and prevent premature furnace failures in residential furnace heat exchangers. Over 60 furnaces and heat exchangers are used in this fully hands-on training course.

Each student will learn where defects commonly occur due to metal behavior tendencies in every furnace make and model. We cover histories of consistent defects and failures in various heat exchangers from over the past 50 years, as well as defects that occur in newer, high-efficiency furnaces.
Furthermore, we instruct attendees to guide the customer through the inspection to validate their findings, eliminating customer uncertainty.

Heat Exchanger Experts, Inc. will provide a copy of the fully updated training manual, a booklet with materials covered in class, and a certificate of completion wallet card to each attendee.

Class will adjourn only after all questions are answered, usually between 3:00-4:00.
Course Benefits
